Hello,

I've upgraded my squid 2.6 STABLE18 Squid 3 on FreeBSD 7.0.

Apparently, the http_acccess are not processed in proper order anymore
in Squid 3.

I have a couple of acls:

acl PROXYUSERS proxy_auth REQUIRED
acl XYZ dst XXX.YYY.AAA.BBB
acl FREE src "/squid/etc/IPS.free" # IPs that shouldn't be asked for
a login and password

and the http_access:

http_access allow FREE
http_access allow SPECTRUM
http_access allow PROXYUSER
http_access deny all

The clients on IPS.free list are being asked for a login and password.

Aren't http_access rules "first match wins" type ?

In my older squid, all worked well.

What problem could it be ?

TIA,

c0re
