[squid-users] page times out for other users but not on proxy itself

Hello, when I use the proxy server to visit a certain site, I can get to
that site. All other systems on the LAN get a time out when they try to
visit that site. The proxy server sits behind a firewall. This copy of
squid is one I downloaded as an rpm. I didn't compile it.

I have an older box where I can get to the same site and it works fine.
But I didn't build that box or that squid.

Is there anything I should look for on either system in the logs? On the
one system, a lot of people use it. If I set debug options to all, 10, I
know it will fill the cache.log very quickly, and hit 2 GB, and halt the
system, which I probably should avoid, at least until after hours.
