I do not know SquidGuard that well, but the client FQDN is sent to url
rewriter helpers if known. It's only that Squid does not bother trying
to look it up if not known.. (which means initial request, and
occational other requests may have it blank if the FQDN has expired from
the Squid DNS cache)
