This is why Squid-2.7 was released - it includes this work.
You'll either have to upgrade to Squid-2.7, use the http11 patch
against the latest version of Squid that it supports, or integrate
that patch into Squid-2.6.STABLE19.
Squid-2.7 isn't that bad. Honest. :)
