[squid-users] Assertion failed in forward.cc

Hi,

we were using Squid 3.0 STABLE8, now STABLE9. In both, we are
experiencing squid dying with the following debug message:

2008/09/17 14:21:53| assertion failed: forward.cc:1209: "(fs->code == HIER_DIRECT) == !fs->_peer"
2008/09/17 14:21:56| Squid is already running! Process ID 11415
2008/09/17 14:21:59| Starting Squid Cache version 3.0.STABLE9 for x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu...
...

Is that a known bug, or can we do something against that?
