There are a number of people who have delay pools working. Lay out your
requirements and we can probably help you.

Why? 3.0 has been in STABLE release for over a year. Pre-release 6 is
over 2 years old. The current Squid 3 is 2.0STABLE 15 (with STABLE16
just around the corner).
