Confusion arises.

Are you describing your problem?[1] or some understanding of dstdomain?[2]

[1] "It is OK" is a question only you can answer. Squid is doing exactly
what you configured it to do. Does the configuration do what you want it
to do?

[2] No. Go back to the _current_ documentation and responses. Disregard the
terminology from a decade ago about a non-relevant release of Squid. Things
change.
