If your Squid version starts with 3.1.0.X please upgrade.

These can be expected from two slightly broken beta releases where ICAP
was used, and caches which have been forced to store non-cacheable content.

The messages should decline over a short period as the uncachable
content gets erased and updated in the cache. If it continues you may
have to erase the cache stored content to clear the broken objects out.
