Sorry, I thought you were pointing out that you had found the problem.

407 means authentication required by the proxy. It's a normal auth
challenge event, and a known problem that many scripted applets are not
coded to deal with auth nicely.

Given that your flash applet is not working for videos and those 407 are
happening for videos. It is entirely up to you whether its worth
bypassing auth or not. Nobody here is in a position to decide policy
issues like this for you.
