Thanks for the advice.
This is because we are selling the Static IP to the user, user should use
their own public IP to server the internet instead using the proxy server
IP.

Enable forwarded_for header to be sent by Squid. It only works for
websites which lookup and use the header, but that is the only other way.

So, whay are you doing this anyway?
