3.2.0.14 with a couple of custom patches is working 9 days without any single assert or segfault, doing steady 200 reqs/sec. It took almost a year to get to this point for me.
 
I have very simple configuration: no caching, no workers, no ipv6, no SSL, no icap, almost any possible compile time option that could be disabled had been disabled.
