and add the squid.conf (removing sensitive data such as passwords)
If you are looking for a package I have RPM for fedora\centos\redhat but
not DEB for debian\ubuntu.

I would suggest you to try couple times to compile your own squid if you
have specific list of needs.
We can try to help you figure out some basics and to move on from there.
What exactly do you need? LDAP or PAM?
