No message at all on squid access or cache log.
 The logs disk grow until 100%, i need a way to shrink these files.

OK filling but with what message?
what about cache.log file?
And how exactly websense forces you to use such an old squid version?
What you can do if you want to upgrade is to use the 2.6 as cache peer
with no cache at all.
