[squid-users] Squid 3.3.1 / Bug #3329

I'm seeing the following in my cache.log file and wondering if there's
any action I should take to help out.

Relevant output:

Is there somewhere I should report this?

P.S. I'm on Mac OS X not Linux and this is a personal web cache with
no special options running.
