[squid-users] ivp6 is required to use SMP ?

Hello,
I have ivp6 disabled and when I added the options workers, the
process are running but no one listen on 3128
and I got the message "commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 12 to [::]:
(13) Permission denied" one time for worker
