[squid-users] Force to cache a Website for 5 minutes

Hi list,
im searching for a way to cache a specific site like
 
http://testdomain.com/cacheme/
 
with all subfolders and documents for a specific time. So don´t matter what the user tries he won´t get a newer version of the site.
 
Is there a way?
