Please be aware that Lusca proxy is not Squid. It is a commercial
software fork based on squid-2.7 code and given a series of significant
changes, some of which include TPROXY changes.

Please contact Xenion about Lusca support for your existing proxy, or
upgrade to a current Squid release.
