I can see "abandoning"-messages with IE and Firefox.

And for me (Firefox) it's reproducable:
- Login to https://gmail.google.com with a valid gmail-account
Press F5
-> et voilą, you'll have "abandoning" in the cache.log

The "HIER_NONE"-messages are appearing in cases of:
- 407
- 403
- TCP_IMS_HIT
- TCP_MEM_HIT
- TCP_HIT

The "NONE/200"-messages appearing sometimes/often in
- CONNECT-requests
- Requests with parameters (http://www.example.com?)

There are no other codes showing up, when a "abondoning"-message appears.
In most cases first a 407 and then a CONNECT (like in the first part
of my post).
