Some, but not where you would expect.

You are using the old squidGuard helper yes? This looks like a symptom
of what can happen due to SG sending garbage back to squid-3.4.1 as
described in http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3978

There is a patch in there for SG 1.4 to update it to the new Squid
helper protocol. Please test.
