I use the following but you need to make sure you have no looping occurring in your nat rules if you are using Transparent mode.

forwarded_for delete
via off

I get the following notice from google's site when connected to the proxy:
Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network.

Any ideas how I can prevent this? I presume it might be the forwarded for argument?
