HTTP/S?

I know Squid can bandwidth-limit the content it sees, but are the Youtube
videos perhaps over HTTPS, so Squid simply passes on the CONNECT request and
then sees nothing of the content?

I admit this is a bit of a guess, but it should be easy enough to check:

1. are all the youtube videos which go over-limit HTTPS connections?

2. can the client go over-limit with any other URL provided it's HTTPS?
