No, port mirroring is most unsafe way to configure and not possible
with HTTP agents.

HTTP is designed to work with proxy intermediaries like Squid as part
of the messaging system. Perhapse you need to read
<http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230#section-2.3>, which documents how
HTTP works with Squid. Maybe also
<http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230#section-2.3> which documents how
caches operate in HTTP.
