bogus Directory Store Stats?

After adding some more disk and putting a squid (1.2.beta23-4) back
into light use, I see some odd Directory Store Stats figures.

While it was down, I changed 'store_avg_object_size' from the default
(13KB) to 12KB. I also tweaked the filesystems the cache is using to
store object to make them appear slightly larger (by reducing the
number of reserved blocks).

The current capacity doesn't reflect the sum off its parts.
