Making the map dynamic would be ideal. I don't have the familiarity
with Squid to understand the implications of this, so didn't want to
suggest anything so radical -- but I should have at least mentioned
this possibility in my list. If the Powers That Be want to invest in
dynamicizing the table that would be ideal. Thanks for the suggestion,
