OpenBSD-current has just expanded its support for hardware crypto cards
into userland, and the version of OpenSSL used will be modified to make
use of this.

Squid's use of OpenSSL is pretty minor and probably wont see much
speed-up from this, but the point remains that there are OS-specific
optimisations that make it worthwhile to use the native libssl than an
imported version.
