cbdata

Finally got around to cbdata again, and it should be almost ready for
merge.

Please see the revised API on http://squid.sourceforge.net/cbdata/

basic change:

cbdataLock/Unlock is replaced by a reference concept to make it less
error prone and easier to use.

(cbdataLock/Unlock is still there, but depreated)

Remaining issue:

Need some help in determining the best API function names. The current
names are not very consistent, and not sure they actually make sense to
english speaking people...
