Re: commloops and chunked mempools

 Hi,

 I have merged chunked_mempools with current HEAD.
 Simple polygraph is running at around 200 req/sec, so at least
 no major failures. I had some asserts in coss, but I'm not sure
 if pools is at fault. Please check it out.
