Just want to confirm the status of the Content Processing project

Hi, folks,

   Based on my reading of the mailing list archive at
Open Pluggable Edge Services homepage
http://www.ietf-opes.org/
,it seems to me the framework to allow content to be
passed from squid to an outside content adaptation
server is still under development. Even ICAP is not a
sure thing that they will eventually adopt. Should we
wait until there is a clearer picture emerges? Hope
any expert in this topic can tell me what they think.
