Specific WIN32 helpers and fs module

Hi,

On native Windows port there are now 3 Windows specific helpers and one
Windows fs module:

- Basic NT Domain Authenticator helper
- NTLM NT Domain Authenticator helper
- External ACL NT group helper

- awin32 fs Async I/O module (It's the original Robert's work for Cygwin
with some enhancement)

All compiles and work on native Windows port and on Cygwin.

I can remember a thread (May-2001) on squid-dev regarding the still open
problem of how integrate platform specific helpers and modules in Squid
build process.

So the question is again, how merge this code in Squid ?
