No, at this time I use mingw only for some Unix tools during the boot process.

In the future a I will try to use Borland free BCC and/or mingw, but it's
not simple, because some tricks used for Unix FD/Socket emulation on
Windows are specific to MS CRT, and I can't find the sources of Borland RTL
to adapt it.
