I'm Alex Rozhik.
I was created patch for squid witch allow to setup user quotas.
With very simply idea: in function acces_log i was inserted code to reduce
user quotas from database and put to database log record.
Curently i'm rewritting my patch to working with "helpers" to increase
flexebility and speed.
My old patch curently used in 5 universities and some companies.
Sometimes i have questions to make my job in right way ;)
