Squid 2.5 proxying NTLM

Hi
a while ago I posted to this list about proxying NTLM in Squid 2.3. I
have since upgraded to 2.5 and I'm interested in implementing proxying
for NTLM authentication. I notice that Squid now actively removes NTLM
auth headers. In Squid 2.3, with a single client and server, NTLM was
proxied (unreliably), but no attempt was made to prevent it. So I
removed the obvious place where the NTLM headers are deleted, but there
is still no NTLM authentication happening. I would appreciate some
information on what I need to do to at least make NTLM auth proxied
(even badly) for single client - single server.

Thanks
