Bug fix for ACL based access logs

Hi,

The attached patch should fix buf #913 (ACL based access logs) which I
submitted earlier today. As near as I can tell matchAclList was just
plain broken before. Also the way that AccessLogLog did the check on
the return value from matchAclListFast appears to have been incorrect.
It might be worthwhile to double check other places where this function
is called namely 2 places in forward.cc and one place in
client_side_reply.cc.
