RE: development of squid in Windows

yes, i know C++, in this time i try to understand the Squid and how i can
generate the: cf_gen_defines.h ? i search in San Google but without luck.

i install Cygwin, Perl but i can't understand how generate this file in
Windows.

Some one can help me?

exist documentation about that for windows? i can start from scratch in case
don't exist.
