Status on NTLM in Squid3?

Can somebody give me a quick status update on NTLM in Squid3?

Last time I looked, I saw comments about 'this is not expected to work',
but I presume things have changed a little because my truncation patches
were forward ported. So, what is that status?

Also, does anybody want to dare to add SPNEGO (Negotiate) support?
