Perhaps you are right, but I do not see it that way. There is certainly
a split in terms of features added to Squid2 versus features added to
Squid3, and that split is unhealthy, but I really doubt any agreement on
"Architecture" (if such a thing is even possible) would change anything:
It is not the [lack of] Architecture (in either Squid version) that
motivates folks to keep adding new features to Squid2...

I doubt it is possible to get together, but if virtual yelling is going
to make things healthier, I am happy to keep listening (I do not have
