Heard of it, seen it, but you are the first to complain. Probably
because the "protocol upgrade" performed by Squid is fairly new, only
seen in 3.0 or 2.7.

HTTP/0.9 is/was headerless, and it's very unlikely the first line of an
HTTP/0.9 response starts with HTTP
