cache_object: is really HTTP in disguise; might as well call it by name.

Doing so would enable developers of tools querying cachemgr to use any
of the N-thousand readily available HTTP client libraries withouth
requiring low-level library hackery.

For instance, Javascript could be an interesting solution for such a
front-end, but its async HTTP client object doesn't allow for such
low-level hackery.
