Sorry. Yes this is possible (it is not possible to overrite Expires:)

5 days = 5 * 24 * 60 minutes = 7200
ttl_pattern \.jpg 7200 0 43200

A zero %age, makes Squid only use the absolute TTL (or Expires: if available).
