Umm ... I "downgraded" our production system back to 1.0.12 before I left
for a week-long holiday. Better be on the safe side. :-/ 1.0.13 froze on me
(gobbling up cycles doing nothing in particular), something I have _never_
seen with _any_ other squid version.
