ftpget problems (1.1.1)

I just upgraded my 1.1beta5 into 1.1.1, on HPUX 9.05 using
the HP compiler. Everything seems to go fine except ftpget.
I obtained a few warnings at compile time:

cc: "ftpget.c", line 624: warning 604: Pointers are not assignment-compatible.
cc: "ftpget.c", line 624: warning 563: Argument #2 is not the correct type.
cc: "ftpget.c", line 624: warning 604: Pointers are not assignment-compatible.
cc: "ftpget.c", line 624: warning 563: Argument #3 is not the correct type.
cc: "ftpget.c", line 667: warning 604: Pointers are not assignment-compatible.

cc: "ftpget.c", line 2419: warning 604: Pointers are not assignment-compatible.
cc: "ftpget.c", line 2419: warning 563: Argument #2 is not the correct type.

and then I obtained an executable which appears to be rather
screwed up when run. Running it without options yields

# ./ftpget
Wrong number of arguments left (1)
usage: ftpget options filename host path A,I user pass
./ftpget: Text file busy

and in cache.log, when run by squid:

Wrong number of arguments left (3)
usage: ftpget options filename host path A,I user pass
/usr/local/squid/bin/ftpget: Text file busy

Does anybody have a clue of what may be wrong?
Thanks
