        The error that you received sounds like you have the
inside_firewall option set, with no parents set in the cache_host
settings. If you have squid on a machine with direct access outside of
the firewall, you can remove the inside_firewall setting. If it is INSIDE
of the firewall, you will have to point the cache_host to a proxy outside
of the firewall.
