Kernel Panic!

Hi all, I use squid 1.0.22 in a Linux 2.0.29 Box (2GB HD, 64 MB RAM).

It is the second time, within three months that I have the following
problem : the linux box simply stops answering the requests with a message
(in the console) "Kernel Panic : end of free list (or something like)".

This machine runs only the squid and apache daemons (besides regular
unix/linux daemons).

I actually do not know if this problem is caused by squid. But perhaps
someone else in this list faced the same thing.

Thanks.
