WS FTP

I have a client who wants to use WS FTP client through a squid proxy. I
played with the "firewall" settings a little on WS FTP but couldn't get it
to work. Any ideas?

It has a spot to enter the hostname & port, but also username & password.
There is also four settings, none of which work for me:

SITE hostname
USER after logon
USER with no logon
Proxy open

Do I need to run a specific ftp proxy program to support these clients?
