Get pre-patch-2.0.30-2 from vger or wherever you got the 2.0.29-ISS patch.
Reverse your ISS patch before applying pre-patch-2.0.30-2... the CLOSE
thing is fixed in the -2 patch (which supercedes the ISS patches).
