Thanks for everyone that helps me.
After nights, we figure what was the problem for forking, freezing . It was the Kernel !
We rebuilt it and everything went smooth.
My problem was:
Squid 1.1.10 on linux 2.0.30 with 256 MRAM
forking (with RSS = 0)
freezing sometimes
crashing
