up 37 days, 57 min
squid's stats say:
Start Time: Sun, 25 May 1997 06:47:30 GMT
Current Time: Tue, 01 Jul 1997 07:41:03 GMT
It doesn't need to be restarted, and doing so just means the machine
is down and people can't access it!
