Cannot use ftp with proxy_auth

Hi,

I use squid as my cache.I encounter a problem with proxy_auth.
When I turn proxy_auth on,it will reply messages like below.

Cache Access Denied
Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request:
ftp://ftp.cis.nctu.edu.tw/
from this cache until you have authenticated yourself.

And I turn it off,it work correclty.

Any help will be appreciated!
