127.0.0.1 ERR_CONNECT_FAIL/400 605 GET http://foo.bar

Hi,

I use Linux 2.0.30 & Netscape 4.03 + nameserver

I get above all the time , I can't reach the stuff in my cache
any hints ?

It used to work before, I don't think its netscape 4.03 because a friend
has it working...
