Minor typo in that last message... I should have put:
cache_swap 4096
cache_dir /cache0-1GB
cache_dir /cache1-1GB
cache_dir /cache2-2GB-a
cache_dir /cache2-2GB-b
The cache_dirs need to have unique names...
